SheRises Foundation will voluntarily participate in this project as a mentorship partner, supporting STOWARZYSZENIE YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS SOCIETY (YES) in their mission to empower migrant women.

Project Overview

The Empowering Migrant Women: Bridging Digital Skills and Career Opportunities project is an initiative aimed at equipping young migrant women with essential digital competencies, helping them integrate into the job market and society. In a world where digitalization is reshaping career opportunities, women—especially migrants—continue to face challenges such as limited access to education, language barriers, and underrepresentation in technology-related fields.

By providing structured digital literacy training, career mentorship, and networking opportunities, this project seeks to close the gender gap in the digital sector, promoting economic empowerment and social inclusion for young migrant women.

Project Objectives

✓ Enhance Digital Skills – Offer training in digital literacy, social media management, cybersecurity, and online entrepreneurship.
✓ Increase Employability – Guide participants through career-building strategies, freelancing opportunities, and job market navigation.
✓ Support Women Entrepreneurs – Provide tools for launching online businesses, e-commerce ventures, and digital branding.
✓ Foster Inclusion & Equality – Address gender disparities in tech through mentorship and leadership development.

Through a 12-month series of meetups and practical training sessions, women aged 18-29will gain the necessary skills to thrive in the digital economy and take control of their professional futures.

Key Components of the Project

Digital Skills Workshops

• Covering topics such as cybersecurity, e-commerce, social media marketing, and freelancing.
• Hands-on training in digital entrepreneurship to help participants establish online businesses.

Career Mentorship & Networking

• One-on-one mentorship programs connecting women with experienced professionals.
• Creating an inclusive network where participants can exchange knowledge and opportunities.

Employment & Entrepreneurship Support

• Assistance in navigating digital job platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
• Workshops on personal branding, resume building, and interview preparation.

Community Engagement & Visibility

• Online meetups, digital events, and social media campaigns to amplify the impact.
• Sharing success stories and project outcomes to inspire more women to step into the digital sector.
